Time to practice and learn with others
I lead workshops and group sessions built around your people and their real situations. We make time to think, practice, and learn from one another, with encouragement and humor.

When this may be useful
- Managers developing leadership and people skills
- Teams building shared understanding and ways of working
- Professionals learning new skills or stepping into new roles
- Groups that need someone to lead useful, engaging sessions
What we can work on
- Understand participants, strengths, goals, and real work challenges
- Choose activities based on research, the skills needed, and the group's situation
- Lead shared learning, real-world practice, and helpful feedback
- Plan ongoing practice and check how skills grow and get used
What the work can include
- A workshop or group learning session built around your goals
- Participant activities and supporting resources
- Time to reflect together and practice
- Action steps to apply learning beyond the session
How I approach the work
Making practice part of the session
Participants bring experience worth learning from. I use discussion, role-play, and hands-on tasks, adapting the session to the group rather than delivering a fixed script.

Use skills + check progress
Practice and how we check progress
From ideas to practice
We practice with situations from work and choose something to try afterward. A workshop is only part of the learning.
How we check progress
Practice shows what participants can do. Their feedback improves the session, and follow-up checks show how skills are used at work.
We agree on scope, timeline, responsibilities, and fees before starting.
Experience behind the work
My background includes training facilitation at Wayfair and designing management, leadership, and negotiation learning at HBS Online. I also bring experience structuring peer-learning groups and supporting live professional learning events.

A sample activity: reflecting with a group
The After-Action Review includes participants and shared objectives. Its questions offer a structure for discussing a project together and choosing what to try differently next time.
An example from my resources, not a client case study.
